Delilah holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from New York University and has devoted her career to advancing social services within non-profit organizations. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience across various roles, including case manager, crisis response worker, and in-home therapist. Her leadership journey culminated in her position as Associate Vice President of Greater Bergen Community Action’s Head Start Program, where she led initiatives across Bergen County, Jersey City and Paterson, New Jersey. In July, 2024, Delilah transitioned to NAFI NY, where she continues to contribute her expertise and passion for serving communities in need.
