NAFI’s Arts Initiative Fund

NAFI created the Arts Initiative Fund to support and encourage artistic projects within our agency programming. As the vast majority of our programs are state-funded contracts, there is typically no room within our budgets to afford enrichment programming. The Arts Initiative is a grant-based program where projects are designed within individual programs and are able to grow from inception to reality through a NAFI-sponsored Arts Initiative grant award. 100% of proceeds go directly back to youth and families for supporting programming to expose individuals to opportunities within the Arts. Prior funding has been appropriated to:
  • Cultural Enrichment Opportunities
  • Community Centered Art Projects
  • Family Art Celebrations
  • Music and Dance Education and Performances
  • Other Unfunded Artistic Needs

Program Initiatives and Agency Events

If you wish to provide support funding for teenage girls, boys, or families or adults, your contributions can be directly utilized by a specific program or event. NAFI New York hosts events for all consumers on a regular basis and is thankful for any and all community support. Please email YvetteChristofilis@nafi.com for more information.
